Created in collaboration with Finley Homes, Sycamore Creek pairs the clean foundation of a newly built home with finishes that bring warmth, character, and a sense of permanence.

Studio MWR developed a cohesive interior palette across the kitchen, living space, and primary bathroom, layering rich maple cabinetry, creamy quartz, warm wood-look flooring, softly textured tile, brushed gold hardware, and matte black accents. Each selection was chosen to feel connected without becoming overly matched, giving the home an inviting, lived-in quality from the very beginning.

The result is a new home that feels grounded, comfortable, and thoughtfully considered, with every finish contributing to the larger story of the space.
