Designed by Studio MWR and built by Midwest Remodel, the Larking Avenue Primary Bath was shaped around a sculptural freestanding tub and the sense of openness it brings to the room. Rather than filling the space with competing statement pieces, the design gives each element room to be noticed.

Warm stained cabinetry anchors a light palette of marble-look tile and softly veined Cambria quartz. Polished chrome plumbing fixtures add a crisp, reflective finish, while layered neutrals and natural wood keep the room from feeling cold. Storage, lighting, and fixture placement were considered alongside the materials so the bathroom feels as resolved in use as it does visually.

The result is a primary bathroom that feels calm, substantial, and quietly refined, with the tub setting the tone and the surrounding details completing the space.
